Desired Profile

• Valid license from the OIIQ

• Master's degree in Primary Care (IPSPL)

• License to Prescriber

• Up-to-date CPR training

• Significant clinical leadership, autonomy, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments

• Make diagnoses, prescribe medical tests and treatments

• Provide clinical follow-up and manage results

• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff

• Actively participate in Health promotion among clients

• Referrals to collaborating physicians or nurse practitioners specializing in mental health as needed
