Your role: A direct impact on the daily lives of Laval residents
As an awareness agent, you will be a key player in promoting a greener and more responsible city. Your mission will be to encourage citizens to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors.
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Actively participate in the implementation of innovative environmental strategies and programs.
- Raise awareness among Laval residents about the concrete actions they can take, whether through door-to-door visits, events, kiosks, or by phone.
- Conduct surveillance patrols to ensure the proper enforcement of environmental regulations, by bike or car.
- Respond to citizen inquiries, in person, by phone, or email, and provide practical and sustainable solutions to improve the quality of life in Laval.

- Hold a secondary school diploma (DES)
- Able to provide quality customer service
