Lacroix Private Medicine is growing rapidly and is currently seeking a Medical Secretary for its West Island clinic.
You will report to the Clinic Manager, who will be your go-to resource, and you’ll also benefit from the support of an entire team! You will play a key role, and your collaboration will be essential.

Welcome patients
Answer phone calls
Confirm patient appointments
Present our service offerings and sell health plans or services based on client needs
Manage daily payment reconciliations and required accounting follow-ups (POS system, sales reports, etc.)
Scan test results and other documents
Schedule appointments with specialists
Perform various administrative and related tasks
Excellent French and professional English
Strong organizational skills; efficient and able to multitask
Fast learner, adaptable to change
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Medesync is an asset)
Medical or dental secretary course
Autonomy and ability to work in a team
Friendly, courteous, and good communication skills
Sales experience (an asset)
Knowledge of medical terminology (an asset)
