Your main responsibilities: - Greet and advise customers by providing warm and professional service, answering their questions, and ensuring their Satisfaction. - Create, update, and manage client files, and process transactions accurately and confidentially. - Prepare and process prescriptions according to established standards, in collaboration with the pharmacy team. - Manage inventory and orders by checking stock levels, replenishing supplies, and organizing products. - Maintain the compliance and cleanliness of the work area, while respecting safety standards and performing all other related tasks.
