Lacroix, private medicine has the wind in its sails and is looking for a medical secretary for the Villeray clinic.

You will report to the clinic manager who will be a resource person to guide you in addition to having a team by your side! You will assume a key role in the team and your collaboration will be essential!

It is with confidence that we will entrust you with our precious customers so that you can support them and provide them with a warm customer experience according to Lacroix standards including professionalism, listening, respect and kindness.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers;
  • Answer phone calls;
  • Confirm patient appointments;
  • Communicate the service offer and sell specific formulas or health care according to customer needs;
  • Perform the accounting of daily payments and carry out the necessary accounting follow-ups (TPV, sales report, etc.)
  • Scanning test results or any other type of document;
  • Scheduling appointments in specialty;
  • Various administrative and related tasks.

Skills sought

  • Organizational skills, efficient and able to perform several tasks at once;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Medesync (an asset));
  • Course in medical or dental secretarial work
  • Autonomy and teamwork;
  • Smile, courtesy, communications.
  • Sales experience (an asset);
  • Medical terminology (an asset) atout)
