Social worker

Assess the needs of the individual using one of our intervention and/or accommodation services:

- Assess the risk of an immediate and dangerous act;

- Assess the suitability for accommodation if necessary;

- Assess the risk of suicide and/or homicide;

- Assess the P38 assessment, when necessary;

- Intervene using the approaches and intervention structure preferred by our organization for our clients;

- Ensure the safety of individuals using our services, creating a safety net if necessary;

- Refer vulnerable individuals, when required, to the best service for them immediately;

- Enter all required data and reports into our internal ASO system as soon as possible of an intervention in order to have all the information up to date at all times;

-    Ensure the follow-up of each user's file;

-    Develop an intervention plan for users of the crisis center;

-    Ensure the daily care, support, and follow-up with users in the crisis center;

-    Write all observation reports, summaries, intervention reports, and issue recommendations that could improve the user's situation;

-    Ensure reliable and high-quality service for each intervention that meets our standards;

-    Attend all clinical follow-ups, group discussions about our users, and requested training in order to improve skills and services to users;

-    Ensure a thorough knowledge of the appropriate resources in order to refer the person when needed;

-    Ensure a thorough knowledge and respect our policies and code of ethics;
