Le Centre féminin du Saguenay procède à l'affichage du poste d'intervenante 24/7, poste de remplacement pour une durée indéterminée. L'horaire est de 40 heures par semaine, soit du lundi au vendredi en rotation de quarts de travail : 1 semaine de jour (7h à 15h), une semaine de soir (15h à 23h) et 1 semaine de nuit (23h à 7h).

Descriptions des tâches :

Accueillir, soutenir, intervenir et accompagner les femmes en hébergement ;
Répondre aux apoels 24/7 , faire les références/interventions téléphonique ;
Servirs les repas du soir (déjà préparés) aux femmes et enfants ;
Assumer des interventions individuelles des plans d'interventions sous sa charge ;
Réaliser des interventions ponctuelles et s'assurer de la sécurité des femmes et enfants en hébergements à l'aide des outils technologiques disponibles.

Taux horaire

23.98 $ l'heure à l'embauche et 24.53$ l'heure après une probation de 520 heures. Salaires selon la Convention collective de travail en vigueur 2025-2030
