Our installation Jardins du Haut Saint Laurent in Saint Augustin de Desmaures  is currently looking evening educators / night!

Different positions to be filled:

• 8/14 and 4/14 day shifts
• 10/14 shifts, 1 6/14 shift and 4/14 evening shifts
• 7/14 night shifts

Our main mission is to create a warm living environment for our 208 residents, as well as for our employees. Teamwork is our strength for comprehensive care of our customers: leisure department, nutrition team, occupational therapy, social work, nurses, specialized education and many others!

SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION

The person holding this position is responsible for providing care relating to daily living activities (example: hygiene care in support of a beneficiary attendant) and domestic care for residents at within our prosthetic units. She ensures the comfort of residents and meets their basic needs. It also ensures their safety through its vigilance and adequate support. She participates in the development and implementation of a living environment on the unit, in achieving objectives by acting in accordance with the philosophy of the Nursing Department. We are looking for someone with positive leadership who has a good sense of problem solving.

Requirements:

- Candidates having completed more than 50% of the DEC in special education as well as those holding an AEC in special education are eligible.

Type of employment: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.97 to $35.67 per hour
