As part of its growth, our Laval operating room is seeking an operating room nurse with experience in orthopedic surgery (THR, TKR) as well as in various other surgical procedures.
The position is offered full-time or part-time.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced operating room nurse to join our team in Laval.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in orthopedic surgery (THR/TKR), as well as in gynecological, ENT, urological, general, bariatric, and neurosurgery.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of anatomy and surgical techniques
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience (THR/TKR required)
• Mastery of AIISOC, CSA, and PCI standards and aseptic protocols
• Team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Rigorous, vigilant, and detail-oriented

Desired Profile

You possess:

• Completed nursing training
• Experience in a nursing role

Internal and external experience in the operating room (minimum 3 years) Expertise in orthopedic surgery THR/TKR A DEC or Bachelor of Science in Nursing A valid OIIQ license Current CPR and ACLS certifications Excellent command of French and functional English Strong interpersonal and professional skills An interest in a dynamic environment

Schedule

• Full-time
• Daytime, Monday to Friday
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. h
