We are looking for an Operating Room Patient Care Attendant to join our dynamic and dedicated team. You will be responsible for assisting medical and nursing staff in the preparation, care, and monitoring of patients in the operating room, while ensuring a safe environment that complies with hygiene and safety standards.
Your Role
Under the supervision of the operating room manager, you will play a key role in the quality and safety of care provided to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room according to the planned procedures
- Ensure the safe positioning and mobilization of patients
- Accompany patients before, during, and after their procedures
- Assist medical and nursing staff as needed
- Clean and prepare the operating rooms between cases
- Strictly adhere to the protocols, standards, and practices in effect
- Participate in the management and replenishment of medical equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Actively contribute to the quality and safety of care (reporting deviations, vigilance, best practices)
Desired Profile
Requirements:
- Required experience as a patient care attendant in the operating room;
- Good knowledge of hygiene, asepsis, and sterilization protocols;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with rigor and a strong service orientation;
- Good physical condition and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and Resourcefulness;
- Mandatory training: DEP/PDSB;
- Mandatory DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home (APED).
